Fiber Laser Machine India

What is the difference between diode laser and fiber laser

If you stare at the fiber laser cutting machine for a long time, it will cause very serious damage to the retina of the eye. All operators must wear laser goggles. Do not operate and observe with eyes exposed. In the cutting path of the laser equipment, it is necessary to avoid the position of any part of the body, so as not to accidentally cause unnecessary injury.

Plasma can cut any metal that is conductive. This includes reflective metals like aluminum, copper, or brass, which laser machines can't cut.

Triumph's 30-W desktop fiber laser can be used to create two lenses. The first gives you a 4.3 inch x 4.3 inch engraving area and the second gives you a 7.8 inches x 7.8".

Finally, the laser beam has been shaped at cutting head with focus lenses. It is projected onto work materials.

The exception is you are cutting medium to thick metal plates. At this point, laser starts becoming less efficient. Laser cuts medium to thick plates slower. Plasma interestingly can be much faster than laser when cutting medium to thick plates 25mm or 1inch +. The thicker the metal, the better plasma can do vs laser.

LaserWorks or RDWorks software are used to control the machine. You can get them free from their websites.

What are fiber lasers used for

And because Mitsubishi laser automation is modular and flexible, we can grow with you. From automatic part picking, sorting, and loading/unloading solutions to options for material handling and inventory tracking, the only limits to how you can improve your productivity and profit margins is your own imagination.

The laser used in this experiment is a pulsed-fiber laser with a wavelength at 1064nm. It has an estimated life span of more than 25,000 hours.

Fiber laser machines have a higher efficiency rate at cutting thin materials than traditional cutting machines. A fiber laser machine has the ability to cut thin metals as small as 25mm. The fiber lasers will start cutting metal less effectively after that point. To cut ticker materials above 25mm (or 1 inch), you'd need high levels of power.

You can also use Photoshop, CorelDRAW and AutoCAD to create advanced designs.

The software interface can be accessed by typing in your machine's IP address on the browser's address bar.

Some PVC-based acrylic emit toxic fumes during lasering. It is a good idea to research the chemical compositions and materials you will be engraving.

Frequently Asked Questions

Power consumption is extremely low.

A 3000W fiber laser requires 10kW of power plus 5kW for a chiller, for a total of 15kW. $2,700 per year at a rate of 15kW per hour for 12 hours.

Because the glass is transparent and the wavelength range of the automatic fiber laser cutting machine does not fall within the absorption range of the glass, it only absorbs a small amount of laser energy within the visible spectrum and cannot be cut by fiber laser.

The wavelength is the primary distinction that determines the types of materials that each laser can process. The wavelength of a fiber laser is typically 1,060 nm, whereas CO2 lasers have wavelengths in the 10,600 nm range. Fiber lasers have many advantages over CO2 lasers in general.
